Thaiger Company realizes the importance of personal data protection and is very pleased that you are interested in using our services. The Company has therefore established this Privacy Policy to apply to all personal data owners who use services, conduct transactions, or participate in any activities with Thaiger Company Group. Item 1 Definitions
Thaiger Company, a subsidiary of Thaiger
Personal Data is information that can identify or may identify an individual, either directly or indirectly, such as name, surname, gender, address, telephone number, email, bank account number, national ID card number, financial information, IP Address, Cookies, etc.
Data Subject means the person to whom the personal data is directed and/or the person to whom the data refers, but does not include a “juridical person” established by law, such as a company, association, foundation or any other organization.

The Company will retain your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the personal data is processed and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. The retention period for personal data will vary depending on the purposes for which the personal data is collected and processed.
Section 3 Purpose of use of personal data and disclosure of data
The Company will collect, compile and use your personal information to enable you to receive good products and services from the Company efficiently. You agree and consent to the Company to use, disclose your personal information to contact or send all or some of your personal information to the Company’s affiliates or business partners or other persons without prior notice to you for your benefit and some of the business as follows:

Article 5 Change of personal data or deletion of personal data

8. Complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with the relevant government agency if you believe that the Company’s collection, use or disclosure of personal data violates or does not comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.
Article 10 Changes to the Personal Data Protection Policy
When you use the service, make a transaction or participate in any activity with Thaiger Company, it is considered that you are aware of and agree to comply with this Privacy Policy and any future amendments.
The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to comply with changes in the Privacy Law or other applicable laws, and the Company will post notice of any amendments on the Company’s website and other channels and shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Article 11 Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Company has implemented the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 by appointing a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to inspect the Company’s operations regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 and laws related to personal data protection. In addition, the Company has prepared regulations and orders for relevant persons to proceed as specified in order for the implementation of the policy regarding personal data protection to proceed smoothly and in accordance with the policies of the Personal Data Management and Cybersecurity Committee.
